    Job Description:

    • Manage a designated portfolio of accounts through the establishment of strategic partnerships with customers
    • Expand existing relationships and enhance account growth by identifying and targeting new clients and departments within BoB
    • Conduct meetings with customers at least once per quarter to foster stronger connections
    • Drive revenue maximization with each customer (both new and existing customers), leveraging techniques such as account mining, up-selling, and cross-selling
    • Effectively manage a multi-million dollar sales quota, consistently meeting 90% to 100% of set targets
    • Easily manage and see through both new and existing growth opportunities
    • Take client needs, success, happiness, and retention personally and prioritize workload autonomously
    • Foster robust client relationships, encouraging satisfied customers to provide reviews and referrals within their networks
    • Creative approach to growth and strong knowledge of our services and offerings
    • Be the key link between our clients and QASource engineering/delivery teams
    • Collaborate effectively across a global organization, accommodating early morning meetings with our engineering team based in India
    • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, offering valuable recommendations and insights, ultimately gaining access to senior POCs
    • Assist in researching and executing projects as they arise
    • Exceed targets, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) while delivering the highest level of service to our valued clients


    The Ideal Teammate Must:

    • Timely and pay close attention to detail (remember, we are a QA company). Strong time management and organizational skills
    • High EQ, solution seller
    • Strong pipeline management skills, ability to clearly manage and communicate your pipeline to leadership
    • Comfortable and have experience selling to C-suite and VPs while managing a multi-million dollar quota
    • You can not only drive and lead discussions with business & technical leadership but close deals autonomously
    • Strong de-escalation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to overlap with our India office as you will closely collaborate with engineering teams within your BoB (early mornings)
    • You have professional experience with business customers in Account Management or Client Services, or a background in software QA/testing/engineering/IT (preferred)
    • Tech-savvy, knowledge of the software development process (SDLC) and the latest tools and technologies including AI
    • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment with a rapidly growing company and are comfortable taking responsibility and improvising
    • Team player, someone who helps others without being asked and aligns with QASource’s culture
    • Superior knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Notion, HubSpot, and other tools
    • Meet bi-weekly in person at our Pleasanton HQ


    Salary Range:

    • $70,000 - $75,000 per annum
